Timeline
Early Industry Foundation
The company’s development began with early involvement in the superhard materials industry at the end of 2002. This stage established practical understanding of diamond materials, customer requirements, production processes, and industrial application needs. Rather than beginning as a broad trading business, the early direction was closely connected to diamond abrasive materials and their role in precision processing, grinding, lapping, polishing, and abrasive tool manufacturing.
Early Production Practice
In 2003, the company began workshop-style research, development, and production of diamond-related products. This period focused on learning how diamond abrasive materials behave in processing environments, including particle characteristics, grinding efficiency, material consistency, and application suitability. The early production stage laid the groundwork for later improvements in process control, quality awareness, and customer-specific material selection.
Company Registration Stage
In 2008, Henan Jinrui Superhard Materials Co., Ltd. was registered, marking a more formal stage in the company’s development. During this period, the business continued to accumulate technical experience, market channels, and customer relationships in the diamond and superhard materials field. This stage strengthened the company’s ability to serve industrial users with more stable communication, clearer product direction, and deeper understanding of application requirements.
Reform and Upgrade
In April 2020, the company completed a reform and upgrade and was officially renamed Element (Zhecheng County) Materials Technology Co., Ltd. This stage marked a clearer strategic focus on high-end diamond abrasive materials, superhard material development, and industrial customer support. The product direction expanded around diamond micron powder, diamond grit, diamond slurry, diamond paste, polycrystalline diamond powder, nano diamond powder, and diamond polishing materials.
Manufacturing Environment Upgrade
At the end of 2023, the company moved to its new site at Building 12, Diamond Industrial Park, Danyang Avenue, Zhecheng County, Henan Province. This move supported the company’s continued development in production organization, manufacturing support, quality management, and customer service. With a stronger manufacturing environment, Element Materials continued to improve its ability to support stable supply and a wider range of diamond abrasive materials for industrial processing applications.
Current Stage
Today, Element Materials continues to develop around diamond abrasive materials and superhard material solutions. The company supports industrial customers with products used in precision grinding, lapping and polishing, surface finishing, abrasive tool manufacturing, and hard brittle material processing.
Our current development direction combines production capability, quality control practices, material selection support, and responsive technical communication. The goal is to help customers choose suitable diamond abrasive materials for demanding processing requirements and more consistent production results.
