Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how Yorsuma handles personal information provided through this website and related business communications.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Yorsuma is the international brand of Element (Zhecheng County) Materials Technology Co., Ltd., based at Building 12, Diamond Industrial Park, Danyang Avenue, Pudong Street, Zhecheng County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, China.

For privacy questions, requests or marketing preferences, email marketing@yorsuma.com.

2. Information we collect

When you send an inquiry or request samples, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, company website, product requirements, messages and attachments.

If you create an account or place an order, we also process the account, billing, delivery and transaction information needed for that activity. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in inquiry messages or attachments.

Our website and supporting services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and form-security signals.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide product information and quotations, and discuss your requirements.
  • Evaluate sample requests, arrange samples and communicate about testing or technical support.
  • Manage customer relationships, orders, payments, delivery and after-sales matters.
  • Operate and protect the website, prevent spam and understand website usage.
  • Send relevant product updates and promotional emails, subject to applicable marketing rules and your preferences.
  • Maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

The basis for processing depends on the activity and applicable law. It may include your consent, responding to steps you request before a transaction, performing an agreed transaction, legal obligations, or legitimate business interests where that basis is available. Submitting an inquiry is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing. Where prior consent is required for marketing, that consent must be obtained before sending it.

4. Promotional emails and stopping marketing

We may send product updates and promotional business emails. You can ask us to stop by replying to a marketing email or emailing marketing@yorsuma.com. Our team handles these requests manually and removes the contact from further promotional mailings.

A request to stop marketing does not prevent necessary communications about an inquiry, quotation, sample, order or service you have requested. We may keep a minimal record of a marketing objection so that we do not add you back to promotional mailings.

5. Service providers and other recipients

We do not sell or rent customer contact information to other businesses for their own marketing. Information may be processed by services used to operate the website, handle forms and customer records, deliver emails, measure website usage and prevent spam. When needed for a transaction, relevant details may also be provided to payment, delivery and logistics providers, or disclosed where required by law.

The website uses Google Analytics for website usage measurement and Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms from spam. These providers may process technical information through their services. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for their information.

6. Cookies and external services

Cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality, account sessions, shopping-cart features and usage measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect some website features.

External links, including WhatsApp and social-media services, lead to services with their own privacy terms. If you choose to use those services, their handling of information is governed by their own policies.

7. How long we keep information

We have not set one fixed retention period for all unsuccessful inquiries. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and review it according to business needs. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry is still active, the timing of the last communication, an ongoing customer relationship, sample or order follow-up, and applicable accounting, tax, dispute or other record-keeping requirements.

Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized as part of that review, subject to records that must be retained by law. You may contact us to ask about the information we hold or request deletion.

8. Processing locations and security

Our business is based in China, and information you send to us is accessed and processed by our team in China. Supporting providers may process information in other locations depending on the services used. Applicable requirements for international data transfers must be considered separately; this policy is not a claim of certification under any particular privacy law.

The website uses HTTPS. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information sent to us has been misused.

9. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion or restricted use, withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, or raise a concern with a relevant supervisory authority. To make a request, contact marketing@yorsuma.com. We may need to verify your identity and will consider requests in accordance with applicable requirements and any necessary record-keeping obligations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page. Material changes requiring additional notice will be handled as applicable.

We would like your consent

Yorsuma and our vendors use cookies (and similar technologies) to collect and process personal data for essential site functions, analyzing site performance, personalizing content, and delivering targeted ads.
